Food
Fish is surprisingly rare. Try the dates. I saw the most southern mouse in india run through the dining room while eating my 5rs meal in the hotel ajantha.
Souvenirs
There is row after row of souvenir shops in the centre of kannykumari. They sell shell necklaces, shells of all sizes, dried sea urchins and other animals of the sea. If you don’t want to support the plunder of the ocean, you can perhaps buy some material or bamboo mats with pictures of the landscape or gods on them.
